All Copyrights and Reproduction Rights are retained by the represented artist(s). All Designs and Artworks may not be reproduced by any process without the expressed written permission of the artist.
(A) Charges: You will be charged when you place the order. All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars. Payments are made via PayPal. View PayPal User Agreement here.
Affiliate sites’ terms and conditions apply where purchases are made through other checkout pages.
(B) Confirmation of Order: You will receive an e-mail conformation of your order. Please note the Confirmation/Transaction Number for purposes of order tracking. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately info@reemalrawi.com
(C) Order Cancellation: Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of initial placement of order.
(D) Shipping Policy:
We ship via UPS or CanadaPost to most destinations within Canada, the U.S. and some international locations, unless otherwise indicated by item.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please note that shipping is available to only one address per order.
Our usual delivery time is 7-15 business days.
In the event of any shipping delays (without us notifying you by email) please email us info@reemalrawi.com
We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, at which point you have the option to cancel your order, or wait until the item becomes available.
Some heavy or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. We will communicate any additional charges to you prior to shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.
For the ‘Character Super Packs‘, a folder containing High resolution PNG images of complete order will be sent to the email address you provided upon payment within 24 hours of purchase.
For The ‘Custom Digital Portraits‘: this product is a DIGITAL FILE, NOT A PHYSICAL PRINT. Please email your photo to info@reemalrawi.com along with: your purchase confirmation number, your general choice of background colour and preferred words/ letters to be used in the calligraphy portion of the Portrait. The Photo provided must be clear. Portrait outcome will be similar to shown samples in image. Current turnaround: 3-7 Days. All details of artistic expressions are made per artist’s choices. Portraits for personal use of client only. All rights are reserved by the artist including using the digital portraits for s.m advertising.
(E) Sales Taxes, Customs and Duty
Applicable Sales taxes are applied to the final price. All customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country. Customs and duty charges will be billed separately by the shipping carrier.
(F) Returns
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of shipment.
We will only accept returns if we have been notified in advance via info@reemalrawi.com of your intention to return the merchandise.
The merchandise must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipped back to our address (indicated on sales receipt), prepaid in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received, provided it is in original condition. We will not refund any shipping or duty charges. Special order items are not returnable.
(G) Liability
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product. We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the our control, such as; labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery due to lockdown, etc.
